SERVICES– Lash Line Studio Aesthetics does not issue refunds on services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Studio within 3 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the team member that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Lash Line Studio Aesthetics will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the original service.
PRODUCTS – Our team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain your skin, lash and brow health. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on products that are used and opened. The team at Lash Line Studio Aesthetics will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer, and we appreciate your support of our small business.
