Lash Appointments
Arriving to your scheduled appointment with clean lashes is important to ensure you get the maximum time out of your lash application. Additional time can not be given to clients who arrive with dirty lashes to their appointment. Every minute counts during the lash application process.
If you are a new client who currently has eyelash extensions applied by another lash artist, we ask you to schedule a transition fill according to the application your having done (classic, hybrid, volume or mega volume).
How long you wait to schedule your touchup appointment will determine how full your lashes will look at the end of your appointment. We recommend having our clients return every 2-3 weeks for their touchup appointments How full your lashes will be at the end of your appointment will be determined by how many lashes you have upon arriving for your scheduled appointment. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your touchup appointments and schedule accordingly. Depending on the growth of the natural lashes, some clients might need to schedule their touchup appointments sooner.
All appointments are held on a scheduled appointment.
Mobile Phones
We want your time to be relaxing, away from your busy schedule. We request you silent or turn off your mobile phone while you visit. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

If, for any reason you become aware of any reaction or irritation after your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for a lash service. However, we will work with you to achieve your desired look. We will offer a free lash removal should you have a reaction or are unhappy with the lash application.
